The use of this data is limited to order fulfillment, email marketing (if opted in), and site analytics.  All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions and other information will be encrypted.  Information used for third party payment processes is in place. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

All major card companies accepted, Apple pay and Google pay accepted. 

Customer must provide accurate information for all purchases.  Sparkle is not liable for any misuse products.

Your use of this site is an acknowledgement that all content, graphics, images, videos, audio, and other material that is subject to Sparkle. Except as permitted below, any duplication in whole or in part of any Intellectual Property on this website requires written permission from Sparkle.

You may download, copy, save or print Intellectual Property provided such action is for personal, non-commercial use and that such action does not alter in whole or in part the original content as it was on the website.

Sparkle ships U.S. only.

Orders over $35.00 ship for free, standard shipping rate is $7.99, express 2-day shipping is $15.99.

Please allow 1-3 days for order to process before shipped.

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out contact@sparkle.com, as our customer service team can further assist you.
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or cannot be located, please contact us via email at contact@sparkle.com and we can further assist you.

**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Returns available within 30 days of your purchase from Sparkle, you can submit a return for eligible items in exchange for store credit. 

All beverages are final sale items. We do not accept returns on purchases made through retail locations​.  If your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label, when item tracking becomes available a store credit refund will be issues.
